375760 - 5K Run, Walk Wag
(All ages) Join fellow animal lovers on June 8 for a 5K race(people only), one-mile fun run/walk, and pet expo to benefit the Northern Virginia Spay Neuter Clinic and nature programs at Bolen Park. The 5k cross-country course is USATF-certified. Participants of all ages and breeds can run or walk in the one-mile fun run. The pet expo will feature exhibits, doggie contests and games, demonstrations, a silent auction, concessions, and a DJ. Visit www.loudoun.gov/bolenpark or call 571-258-3487. (Ages 9 & up) Bring your friends and family out to Upward Enterprise’s Challenge Course. You will enjoy three hours of fun and excitement. Ride the 600ft zip line through the trees and continue the adventure through our tree top canopy tour. Tackle the 50ft climbing tower and check out the awesome view from the top! Will you be able to catch the trapeze bar when you leap from the 22ft Pamper Pole? You’ll just have to come and find out for yourself. Bring a bag lunch.
